I want to create more conversation about mental health and help stop the stigma surrounding mental illnesses. I strongly believe that no one should have to feel ashamed or alone. 

With the struggles of life, sometimes being able to just breathe and surviving another day is an accomplishment. Everyone fights their own battles, on their own journeys, but with a mental illness your brain makes it even harder to feel okay. My recent battle with the onset of my bipolar disorder inspired me to share my holistic approach to life, helping me to transform my world and be a warrior.
